1. Why cannot my device support wma, wmv and rm?

To avoid license issue, FFPlayer only uses the existent codecs that your device can support. If your device has integrated such decoders, FFPlayer will recognize them and add them to support list.

FFPlayer has provided the feature Codec Information to list all supported codecs on your device, please check.

2. How to share files to local network?

Please make sure all devices are in the same network. Here 8080 is used as the default HTTP port.

To access these shared files, you can open the web server address in any web browser or directly open the host IP with FFPlayer(phone version or TV version)/Remote Explorer.

3. How to enable Remote Control?

• Make sure the TV and the phone are in the same network section. Usually the first 3 sections of their IP addresses should be the same. For example, the host address of TV is 192.168.81.90, and the address of phone is 192.168.81.20.
• Please enable network sharing on the TV.
• Enter Remote/Remote Explorer on the phone, input the host address and click OK. Depend on the network condition, it may take some more seconds to get information from remote server.

Please don't input the web server address here, it is only for web browser such as Safari, Firefox and Chrome.
